Fred Smith was raised in Birmingham where he attended The Altamont School and graduated from Birmingham Southern with a degree in Marketing. Fred obtained his real estate license in 1995 and his broker’s license in 1998. Since then he has built and rehabbed numerous houses of his own and has enjoyed assisting others buy and sell real estate. Fred is a Lifetime Member of the Club of Excellence. When he is not selling real estate or leading The Fred Smith Group, Fred, enjoys sailing and spending time with his wife, Holly, 2 daughters, Lily and Isabel, and his son, Darby.
